Project Management
NCG provides project management services for our clients. Services include
project planning (FEED Studies), bid package preparation, subcontract administration, project tracking, cost control, on-site management and scheduling. NCG can coordinate the project team of engineers, designers, vendors, fabricators, constructors and operations personnel.
Purchasing
NCG can prepare all of the bid documents for materials and equipment as needed. The NCG staff can evaluate the bids and make recommendations to the client. Purchasing can be done by the client or NCG. NCG can also work hand in hand with suppliers and vendors the client prefers to use. NCG can provide shop inspection as required.
Construction
NCG can assist the client with bid preparation, job showing and evaluation for the construction phases of the project. NCG does not self perform construction but can subcontract the work If requested by the client NCG can provide onsite supervision during construction.
